A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Full payment is required before tickets or hospitality packages can be secured.
Delivery methods vary depending on the event and supplier.
Tickets may be delivered electronically, via mobile transfer or by other approved methods.
For many events, tickets are delivered between 2 and 5 days before the event date.
Unless otherwise stated, football tickets are sold for home supporters only.
Customers may be refused entry if identified as supporting the opposing team. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

If a customer experiences an issue with ticket fulfilment or venue entry, they should contact Elite Travel Tix as soon as possible.
We will liaise directly with the relevant event partner or supplier and assist with any investigation required.
Any compensation, replacement tickets or refunds will be subject to the findings and policies of the relevant event partner, venue, organiser or supplier.
All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Any refund entitlement relating to event postponement or cancellation will be subject to the policies of the relevant venue, organiser or supplier.
